Due to the low acidity, our apple cider vinegar has a lovely mild taste and can be used in sauces, pickles, marinades, and salad dressings. It can also be taken by itself -  We'd recommend about 10ml to 15ml at a time diluted with a little water, cordial or fruit juice to help tone down the vinegar-y flavour! This is best taken first thing in the morning.
