Made with damascena roses grown on the cider farm. Each petal has been picked by hand and dried in the sun before being steeped into our delicate 50cl Damascena Rose Gin. With a lightly floral flavour profile, she isn't overwhelmingly rosey - you get a hint alongside the classic notes of juniper. 
 
We've included another little treat with this one - she turns a pale pink when put with a mixer.
